From advanced CNC machines to well-defined quality labs, every square foot of our facility is designed to support high-performance manufacturing for aerospace, defense, and high-tech industries.

Established in 2016 and strategically located in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, our facility is a reflection of our commitment to excellence, innovation, and reliability.

Advanced CNC Machining Units

Our core machining infrastructure includes high-precision CNC machines that enable us to produce complex, multi-surface parts with exceptional repeatability.
  • CNC Milling – 5 Axis:
    Handles intricate aerospace geometries with minimal setups and maximum accuracy.

  • CNC Milling – 4 Axis (Multiple Units):
    Ideal for angular cuts and simultaneous multi-side machining.

  • CNC Milling – 3 Axis:
    Supports efficient machining of flat surfaces, pockets, and contours.

  • CNC Turning Centers:
    Enables cylindrical part production with precise diameters and finishes.

  • Wire Cut EDM:
    For high-accuracy internal cutouts and detailed profiles in hardened materials.

Quality Control & Testing Lab

We maintain a fully equipped quality assurance section that ensures each component meets international aerospace and defense standards.

  • Visual QC & Defect Detection

CAD/CAM Design & Programming Section

Our in-house Design and Programming Division enables smooth conversion from concept to part:

  • 2D & 3D CAD modeling (using industry-standard software)

  • CAM programming for CNC operations

  • Reverse engineering capabilities

  • Simulation and toolpath verification

Material Storage & Handling

We maintain a dedicated raw material and finished goods storage area to ensure efficient stock management and traceability. Materials are labeled, classified, and stored based on type and project stage.

  • Controlled inventory system

  • Moisture-resistant storage for corrosion-sensitive metals

Assembly & Integration Area
